Commercial nanopowders of ZnO and BaTiO3 are available. Need best references or procedure if thermal evaporation is possible for these materials. Also need to know is this process feasible to produce good thin films used as piezoelectric layer. Please suggest any solution ASAP.

I would suggest you to deposit oxide thin films via PLD (Pulsed Laser Deposition). By this method, you can reach high quality samples in terms of crystal structure, thickness, chemistry stoichiometry and epitaxy.

Yes, I agree PLD will be good choice, in addition magnetron sputtering method can also be used.
for piezoelectric application you have to concentrate on the nanorods of these method. Hydrothermal method is best as per my knowledge, you can use PLD also, CVD technique is also possible '
