I am working on fungal fermentation ( Trichoderma) which ferments the glucose into Product (P) and biomass (x). While doing techno economic analysis by ASPEN plus v 10, I am unable to load the biomass composition into the software. Please let me know how to do it, how to add biomass details in component list.

you may need to create a new product molecule with a typical fungal biomass elemental/chemical composition and molecular weight:
CHxNxOx(PxSx)
You can either find it in literature or you can calculate it from the biomass composition (Protein + RNA + DNA + Lipids etc.) and its individual monomer structure (amino + nucleic + fatty acid, free metabolites, ions, etc.).

I think you need to add your biomass compound composition in ASPEN as a pseudo compound. For more details refer to this article.
