i am trying to simulate a rc slab subjected to fire and i have to define conduction between concrete and steel the problem is that i could not find contact pair.
and also if i want to define surface to surface contact instead of contact pair i am facing many warnings and errors "INITIAL OVERCLOSURE OF CONTACT SURFACES ASSEMBLY__PICKEDSURF80 and ASSEMBLY__PICKEDSURF79 IS TOO SEVERE".
could any one help me to solve this problem??

I attach the section of Abaqus Guide that explain you how to define Gap Conductance (that's what you need, I suppose).

i tried to define conduction between steel bars and concrete using gap conductance but the error still aborting the run.
could anyone help me in defining conduction between steel bars and concrete in rc slab subjected to fire on its tension side?/

Are you sure steel and concrete truly share a surface? Because both the automatic solver that find contact pairs and the gap conductance fail and, if the error is the same, it could a problem of geometry. Have you checked it?

yes that what i am facing neither finding contact pair nor the gap conductance is working.
i didint find anything wrong in geometry or anything else :(

That's a problem that needs to be solved. I suppose you're using a coupled thermo-displacement step, so you need to specify both the gap conductance and the contact pair.
Have you tried to define manually the contact pair? (But I think it wouldn't be a solution due to the type of error) Could you please show us the geometry with which you're working?
P.S. I have seen now the .jnl file that you attached: the problem is not related to the fact that the gap between the two surfaces is too larger. On the contrary, you get an overclosure error: the solids are overlapping each others so you need to correct the assembly or the geometry of the single parts.
