hello guys..
plz i have attached my abaqus model which is an rc slab subjected to fire and then subjected to concentrated load.
the main problem is i am facing two warnings and running is aborted
first i have 5 elements distorted i tried a lot but i couldn't solve the problem,
and the second is displacement increment for contact is too big.
plz could anyone have a look on model and advise or solve the problem.

Both of these error messages are quite common and it depends upon the modeling choices. I would recommend you to either go through msg file or to use job diagnostic tool in viewer to get more clear picture.

Like Abhimanyu Kumar has pointed out, there can be several reasons behind these error messages and it would be a good thing to first go through the status or data files and message file. In the Job diagnostics, you can see which element has been undergone distortion and maybe refine the mesh in that area.
You would also like to check your material properties used in the model along with the boundary conditions to ensure nothing unreal has been specified.

Job diagnostics can be used by accessing the status file or message file generated by ABAQUS and it can also be used in the ABAQUS/Viewer to check for any unusual incrementation. Please go through the ABAQUS documentation, it contains all the necessary information regarding job diagnostics.
From job diagnostics analysis, you would know which elements are critical and at what increment they're getting distorted and then modify your model accordingly.
