Any suggestions to reduce the adhesion of fibers to usual collecting metals such as aluminum, for easier recover of the fibrous membrane formed (or at least causing less damage)?
So far, different materials have not solved the problem satisfactorily, or because they have affected the process in such a way that it has decreased the amount of fibers collected or caused jet instability.

You can use nonwoven fabric to reduce the adhesion of fibers. Place the nonwoven fabirc over the metal collector to collect the fibers directly over the fabric.
You can also use aluminium foils as well.
