What is the best way to create a clone information file to use with the read.cloneinfo function in R I know I need a chr and position column (is this all needed). But what about if the clone info is larger than the allowable space given in Excel or word for that matter. Any link to information to see such a file would be useful.
Hi Rolando, I think that the amount of information you get should not be a problem with R, join tables taking always into consideration the same number of columns, best.
Thanks Silvia...You are right, the amount of information is not a problem in R. It is making the excel file (too much information for excel to make the clone information file there ). Im checking the information link that Stefan provided. Thanks again for your input.
