Hi, I have captured a few videos using an Olympus microscope in a .VSI format. I wish to convert them in .mp4 or .avi file. I seek suggestions from the platform how to do so. Thank you in advance.

Open in ImageJ/Fiji
To open .vsi files in FIJI, use File/Import/Bio-Formats. Dragging the .vsi file to FIJI will not work. (https://www.med.unc.edu/microscopy/rigor-and-reproducibility/saving-and-opening-data-files/#:~:text=To%20open%20.,to%20FIJI%20will%20not%20work.)
Then save as a .avi or .mp4 from there - the ImageJ and Fiji documentation is pretty good, so once you have these you can probably find what you need for yourself
