I am trying to convert PRISMA images from TOA to BOA using FLAASH in ENVI software, but, once preprocessed, the spectrum of the FLAASH file gets gaps in the SWIR region.
I have tested other options in sensor type besides "Unknown HSI" and the gaps remain. Could this be caused by the fact that FLAASH does not have a specific option for PRISMA?

Install ENVI software on your computer if you haven't already. ENVI is a software package commonly used for remote sensing data analysis. Load the PRISMA hyperspectral image you want to convert from TOA to BOA into ENVI. Open the FLAASH atmospheric correction module. FLAASH is a component of ENVI used for atmospheric correction of remote sensing data. In the FLAASH module, select the PRISMA image you want to convert and set the input parameters. These parameters will depend on the characteristics of your image, such as the location, date, and time of acquisition. Run the FLAASH atmospheric correction. FLAASH will apply a radiative transfer model to the image data to correct for atmospheric effects and convert the TOA reflectance to BOA reflectance. Save the BOA-corrected image in a new file. The output file will have the same spatial and spectral dimensions as the original TOA image, but with corrected reflectance values.

the gaps you got are justified, it could be ascribed to that the procedure has automatically removed all the bands that are in the noisy water vapor absorption regions.
