In MFC separator plays crucial role. I am calculating dissolve oxygen mass transfer coefficient through the separator by using DO probe and DO probe is showing dissolve oxygen in terms of partial pressure. Now I want to convert this into concentration of dissolve oxygen. Is there any method to do so?

You can use the Henry Law :
The dissolved oxygen concentration in mg O2 / liter of water = K x partial pressure of Oxygen in atmosphere (Henry Law). Henry constant K is given by tables depending on the temperature.

On that note, the Henry's law constant for oxygen is given approximately by:
k = 1.25e-3*exp[-1700(1/T - 1/298.15)]
where T is the temperature in Kelvin, and k has the units of mole/liter-atm; that is
c = p*K
The KLa mass transfer coefficient is related with dissolved oxygen concentration (DO). The air to aqueous media mass-transfer rate of O2 can be given as: Na = KLa·(Cs-C), where Cs is the DO that would correspond to the O2 saturation level, while C is the actual DO. DO is often measured with a Clark polarographic oxygen electrode, which calibration can be achieved as described at the reference below (pp. 11-12).
