We solved the crystal structure for chemical compound and have got a structure in cif file format. Could you please let me know if there is any web-server or software to convert the cif file to PDB?
I think Mercury (freeware, http://www.ccdc.cam.ac.uk/Solutions/CSDSystem/Pages/Mercury.aspx) has an option of saving in .pdb format

BTW in which software have you the structure solved? For example in shelxl is possible directly save the structure in PDB format.
ShelxL can save the structure in PDB format provided you give the proper command in your "*.ins" file, or else use mercury using the "save as" option.
I recently encountered this same challenge and came up with this patch: read the file with pymol and then save the molecule to write the pdb
Its very simple, first open your CIF file in GaussView and save it as pdb file format. you can also use OpenBabel and Mercury to convert your file.

You can use Mercury software for this. It is a free software and can easily be downloaded.
There are plenty of answers. I hope you got the solution. However, I would suggest you simply export the molecule in the desired format by any visualization tool. (Pymol/Discovery Studio)
In PyMOL
Open the .cif file
1. Click on File
2. Export Molecule
3. Click on Save
4. enter the file name
5. " save as type " Change this option to PDB then Save
