I am going to detect nicotine using electrochemical sensor. I am using pure nicotine solution. I want to use nicotine 0 to 200 ppm. but I don't know 100 ppm nicotine will be how much ul concentration. If anyone knows the calculation process can share it with me or can suggest me any article.

There is some confusion in your question concerning the use of the ppm unit. The point is that ppm that means part per million (10-6) is a unit of the dimensionless quantity called "fraction" that is (mistakenly) used instead of "concentration". At another point, there may be generally three kinds of fractions depending on the constituent quantities used: mass fraction, volume fraction, and amount fraction.
I can guess that what is meant in this particular case is mass fraction of nicotine, since in dilute aqueous solutions mass concentration expressed say in milligrams per litre (mg/L) is almost equal to mass fraction expressed in ppm. If so, to answer your question we have to go to appropriate submultiples of gram and litre. Then we get:
1 ppm = 1 mg/L = 1 microgram/millilitre = 1 nanogram/microlitre = 1 ng/uL
where Latin letter u stands instead of Greek letter (micro).
Accordingly, 100 ppm is equal to 100 ng/uL.
