How to control Fungal & Bacterial contamination in Co2 Incubator what are the best methods to control fungal and bacterial ?

Dear Sir/Madam.,

In my Cell culture laboratory recently I am facing too much of fungal bacterial contamination, How could I control,, Please help in in this regard.

I washed incubator by hot water and 70% Ethanol then 99% but I Cant see any growth,, don't know how to eradicate this contamination.

I am very much suffering in PhD work please let me know any Idea, If you send mail [email protected] I am very great full to you.
