But how can I compute for the % bacterial growth inhibition?

Steps:
1. Prepare Dilutions:
Prepare a series of dilutions of the antibiotic (or inhibitory agent) in test tubes containing a suitable growth medium for the bacteria.
2. Add Bacteria:
Add a fixed amount of the bacterial suspension (with a known and consistent concentration) to each tube.
3. Incubate:
Incubate the tubes at an appropriate temperature (usually 37°C) for a specified period (commonly 24 hours) to allow bacterial growth.
4. Add TTC Dye:
Add a specific volume of TTC dye (typically at a concentration of 0.02–0.05%) to each tube.
