Hi, I have three different experiments on four different crops. These four experiments were established over time to answer three different objectives and contain different treatments, designs, and agriculture management practices. For two years, daily GHG (green house gases) fluxes were measured from these three experiments. These daily fluxes were converted to seasonal cumulative GHG fluxes. I am comparing the daily GHG emissions from these three experiments by plotting them side-by-side. I am wondering if there is any statistical test I can run to make statement like crop 1 was having more or less GHG emission than crop 2, 3, and 4. So, my first challenge is to identify that test and second how to setup data from these experiments to run that test, as I have mentioned above that these experiments were set up with different designs and treatments. I would greatly appreciate any input into it.

Thanks,

Bhupinder
