I wish to selectively remove compounds from natural extracts and need expert advice on the use of Amberlyst (or other) resins in this regard. Specifically, the use of non-ionic resins such as the XAD range of resins. Will consider making a consultancy payment.

If the extract is aqueous then non ionic resins can be used easily. You can also try the reversed phase adsorbents (DIAION and SEPABEADS) from Mitsubishi Chemicals. If your extract is 100 % organic then you may need to try combination of ion exchange matrices along with reversed phase matrix.
