I am trying to figure out the equivalent MFI (Median fluorescence Intensity) for analysis done using Flowjo and analysis done using Kaluza. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

May you elaborate your query? i am using kaluza, and used Cyflogic & FACS Diva. but i am not able to understand what you want to ask. just expand your question, and it may be helpful to be answered.
Hi Jitendra, Thanks for your comment. Different values of geometric mean and median fluorescence intensity arise when I do my analysis with different software. For example, the MFI value that I could get in Flow jo is around 30, while the value in Kaluza is 200. May I know how I could find a way to convert values derived in Kaluza to values that would have been derived if I used Flow Jo? (Is there a conversion factor of sorts?)
I am not aware of any such conversion factors. but to reach some conclusion by comparing data from cross platform analysis, you should extract stain index, in such case delta MFI would not work.
