Hi,

So I recorded biological signals from animals of different groups (experimental vs control) over certain periods of time (assuming over 3 time windows) and under different conditions (baseline vs conditioned).

I want to see if the power of certain frequency band of these biological signals are different between groups, under different conditions, and if they are changing over different time windows. I did the FFT and got the power, and I'm wondering how to compare them.

I'm assuming a two-way RM-ANOVA would do the job. Between subject factor is group, within subject factors are time windows and conditions (baseline vs conditioned).

Does this make sense? And what results should I look at first? Or is there a better way to do this?

Many thanks in advance!
