You can combine both models provided you can justify what are advantages in addressing your research problem / requirement or what are the disadvantages arise when you adopt individual model separately? Perhaps conducting rigorous literature review can help discover the "bullets" for the justification. Not sure your validated model is also adapted UTAUT or TPB or TRA or TAM etc.
