How to combine two MD runs in Gromacs?

Hello expert,

I had run my sample (DNA-small molecule) for 50ns. Unfortunately, before it complete, I have electrical problem and my run was stopped. Later, I mistakenly took the wrong md.tpr file (I supposedly took md3.tpr file for replicate) to append the run. Is it possible to combine these 2 runs and make it as a complete 50ns simulation? Can u share the command line that can I try to solve this issue?

I also attached the rmsd analysis for reference.
