Thank you all especially Ling Tong Liu . I followed your suggestions with few modifications . Incubated the anther at 37C for half an hour, applied I2- KI stain, let it stain for 10 to 20 minutes, dissected the anther, added more stain and then observed. All the pollens successfully released.
