I am using a tubular Furnace (1100oC) for pyrolysis at 300oC.
After the first pyrolysis, the quartz tube was soiled with bio oil
my problem is, the quartz tube is enclosed so how to collect the oil during pyrolysis is almost not a possible task. Also my aim is to obtain biochar and not the oil
I do not want the oil to be a probelm during the experiment
is there a way i can be able to collect th oil that is generated during the pyrolysis?

To collect the pyrolysis oil you can use a cold trap or an oil/water scrubber downstream the pyrolyzer. You need to keep a high stable temperature from the exit of the reactor to the cold trap (200-300C) otherwise the oil will condense before the trap and the pipes will clog. You might need to use a careful tracing heat system, especially in fittings downstream the reactor.
i don't know the exact layout of your unit, but 300°C is too low to pyrolyse for char and make vapours that will move away. You need a heated N2 purge through your quartz tube as 300°C allows pyrolysis liquids to condense on the surface - it needs to be over 400°C to reduce deposition.
There are many ways to collect the liquids - either direct liquids quench followed by a small electrostatic precipitator and filter or a high temperature fibre filter, but this isn't ideal. It also depends on how much material you're looking to pyrolyse.
