I will need to harvest different batches of cell samples at different time points. Then I will perform homogenization on a separate day to get the cell lysate and run the assay using all samples from different time points together in a 96 well-plate.

So, at each time point, how do I collect cells seeded in a T25 flask and store them directly at -80 w/o homogenization? (the protocol mentions homogenised cells cannot be stored, but cells not homogenised can be frozen)

Do I wash, centrifuge then store the dry cell pellets? Or freeze the flask directly (but this would take so much space as I have 18 flasks)?

Any tips and advice are greatly appreciated!
