How to clone human hif1alpha from cDNA with fusion polymerase?

It's a 2.3kb fragment. Is it possible to amplify this gene from cDNA or cDNA synthesized from RNA of cocl2 treated cells ?

Hi Ayushi. Could you please explain me what is your exact problem with Hif1a cloning? What do u mean by fussion plymerase? Do you want subcloning for reporter activity study in you cell culture system?
