Few suggesions,

You may reclassify the image using a critaria. There a few things you may pay attention.

1) what is your cell values represent? (0 to 1)

2)if it is LS susceptibility, try to establisha a critaria.

ex: 0-0.25 is low, 0.25-0.5 medium , 0.5> are high

That is depends on the parameters you have used and the values you got.

Do classifications after seeing the histogram so you decide what ranges you use. Very important to have in mind 2 major components you should have in lowest cluster: low shear velocity (water saturation) and presence of clay and sand in that class.

The result map can be recalssified in any kind of GIS software. For example in ArcGIs, you should set your class ranges manually (0,0-0,3 Low, 0,3-0,6 medium and 0,6-1,0.

Then you can use reclassify toolbar to create new raster with new values. In total, you will obtain three classes after this process. I hope this will help you.
