can anyone guide me about the Journals, basically I want to publish my paper and I want to publish my paper in a 5,6 impact factor journal so please guide me in which journal is best.
In my paper, I have worked on an application with 5 different characterizations so is it possible my paper will be published in a 5,6 impact factor journal??
There is a series rate of impacts for the journals/conference, however., you have to choose the journal w.r.t impact according to the weight/quality of you manuscript.

For publishing in a good journal, these criteria need to be satisfied : (1) your proposed approach should be different from existing approaches (2) your solution should be better or in some way improve upon existing solutions found in literature (3) the algorithms proposed should have universality / generalization and should not depend heavily on specific datasets.

- What is the time to publication ?

- Which citation databases index the journal contents?
- Does the journal allow authors to comply with public access mandates for publications and/or data?
- Does the journal require review or publication fees?
