I need to calculate the thickness of Ni Thin films by using XRD refractometry option. Please let me know what is the method ??
You might calculate the thickness of thin films by X-ray reflectivity measurement. Reflectivity of a film on substract. ex. copper on Si substract.
Dear colleague Dr. Ali, Have a nice time and good day.
