I have selected four different pH concentration for CO2 perturbation experiment, but i could not get the ppmv for that four pH concentration. can u help me pls? Now i need the ppmv for pH 7,pH 7.5,pH 8 and pH 8.16.

To calculate any parameter of the carbonate system in seawater, you need at least to know two input parameters (pH, alkalinity, DIC, or pCO2). So if you want to calculate the pCO2 for a given pH, you need to know the alkalinity or the DIC concentration of your seawater. The calculations can be easily done using the seacarb package in R, CO2SYS in Excel or AquaEnv.
