Since you have scale bar, you can measure the distance of the spots, then the plane spacing is equal to the invserse of the measured distance. To specify the index of the spot, you need to know the crystal structure first. Calculate spacing list and compare to your experimental data.

Apart from Xinfu's answer, if you use your TEM images, maybe it would be better. You can use ImageJ to treat your TEM images with grey value plot. The basic process is illustrated in the picture. Of course, you would need XRD to identify the crystal plane first.

 I think You should go first of all with Complete XRD analysis, then follow the gery method as suggested by Zheng....Good Luck
