How to calculate the energy cost of MSW treatment technology?

I want to model technology energy consumption cost with two different energy input of two technologies:

electricity price around $0.16 kWh

natural gas price around $0.027 cubic meter

TECHNOLOGY #1

After contacting a manufacturer I know that the energy consumption is 751kWh for each ton of input material. But I want to know the cost per tone with natural gas, not electricity.

So, with electricity, the cost will be 751kWh * $0.16 = $120.16

Now, I found that to convert from a rate of consumption in kW to cubic meters per hour you multiply by 0.09 (approx). So, it will be 751kW*0.09=67.6 metric cubics per tone and then the price is just 67.6 *0.027= $1.825. With electricity, the cost is much higher.

I know this supposed to be simple but I want to be sure with the units and the conversion factor. Because at the end I want to know the cost of the total amount of input material that is 3600 tones per day and continue doing more calculations after that.

TECHNOLOGY #2

Here I am a little more loss. In the literature review, the energy input is 0.08MWe/MWth. I think MWe is energy output and MWth is energy input but I only have input tones I do not have the expected energy conversion. So how can I calculate here the cost of the energy input for this technology?

Hope I explained myself well and you can help me.

Thank you in advance.
