Green cover is reducing all over the world and temperature is increasing concurrently as well.There are so many factors are responsibe for the rise of temperature & Humidity), but what's the effect of tree/forest cover reduction on it?
- Is there any direct relationship between tree/forest cover reduction on temperature and humidity? (i suppose yes, there is)
- How to calculate the effect of tree on temperature and humidity?

The answer to your first question is yes
Almost any change in land use will result in a surrounding temperature change or a micro climate change specially at night .. and most likely in the case you presented .. will result in the formation of a local heat island
The answer to your second question is more complicated .. many parameters will influce the outcome .. what is the new cover is very important .. is it buildings? If so what construction material is used? What color? Is it roads?
The type of the original cover is also important ...
