I major in the association of SNPs and risks of some diseases. In my article, Haploview software was conducted to calculate the frequencies of haplotypes formed by several SNPs and the effect of these haplotypes on the diseases. in result, I found that the frequence of AAC haplotype was significant different between case and control. Now, I want to confirm whether a certain haplotype (AAC) is the independent factor of a disease, which was done by logistic regression. How to do it? thanks!
