i feel uncertain that the two journals of "Genetic testing" and "Genetic Testing and Molecular Biomarkers" are the same one?

Genetic testing is something different from biomarkers. Genetic testing is related to vigor, linkage, maps, genetic distances, diversions, qualitative and quantitative changes in chromosomes, karyotyping, allelic interactions, genes and gene distances, alienation and de-alienation, genetic fusion, pedigree, gene interactions, inheritance, mutations, variations inherited, polymophisms, VNTRs and gene expression. For proving all this ceratin genetic markers are needed which may be molecular of biochemical. Biomarkers are also of non-genetic disorders.
