Dear Shubrajit Bhaumik, you are asking for the calculation of the contact pressure in a pin on disc Experiment, but you already have pressure values from a FEM calculation? Does it meant you do not trust them and you like to check / verify them by an analytical solution? Or what is the purpose / Goal of your question?
Dear Shubrajit Bhaumik, what is your Problem in calculating the experimental contact pressure? The one from the FEM you have already, right?
Is the pin spherical? If it is linear elastic and strains are small, you can use the Hertzian theory of contact. You can find it in "Contact Mechanics" by Johnson (1985) or "Engineering tribology" by Stackowiak and Batchelor (2013) - many articles have cited this.
Also, take into account the dimension of your FE model, as depending on the indenter diameter, the deflection of the materials and the size of the "disc", some boundary effects can cause errors in your FE results. This some advice on these dimensions you can find it in:

But mine is a flat pin on flat disc. I fear it is a non Hertzian contact so can I use the calculator.
