How to calculate the carreier concentration from the Mott-Schottky plot for perovskite solar cell?

I need to understand the calculation in order to get the carrier concentration at the interface layer between the charge transport layers and the perovskite layer. I also need to understand the mathematical formula to get the value of built-in potential. Also, what will be the area to put in the equation?
