Take 15 gm concrete powder and 15 ml distilled water.

Mix it for around 1-2 min at 35 rpm. Then measure the pH using standard pH meter.

Please conduct the test no later than 2 min after you powder the concrete.

You can use concrete pH probe with a digital meter.

Though concrete is highly alkaline, its pH decreases over the time when concrete comes in contact with CO2. The research on understanding pH variation over the time may help in better understanding of durability of concrete. However, concrete being solid , determination of its pH is difficult. for more information see files attached.
