The article I am trying to follow says -
The ABTS oxidation medium contained 1 mM ABTS, 45 mM hydrogen peroxide and 3 nM HRP in 50 mM acetate buffer (pH 5).
I want to use Citrate phosphate buffer. Therefore, I want to know how can I prepare 3nM HRP in citrate phosphate, and calculations involved? How much quantities of each of these compounds can be added to prepare a reaction mixture of 1mL?

Usually the enzyme value is expressed as IU (U). However, some paper stated it as nM. HRP is 44 kDa protein that is equivalent to M.W., so you can use this below link to calculate it in accordance to volume needed.
