Use the equations for kinetics of 0/1st/2nd order. Obtain constant value of k on the basis of your data C change in relation to Co and time.

1- Antioxidants: 6 concentration

2- Storage temperature: (60 C)

3- Storage time: 0, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49 days

according the previous factors, there are oxidative indicators obtained such peroxide value.

I think you should calculate the value of peroxide at each time and draw the graph of peroxide values against time. As you has 6 times (days 0 to 49), you should have 6 peroxide values. All experiments are done at 60 C. Then, you will have a regression model of Y=aX+b.

Here, the value of "a" which is the slope of regression model is reaction rate constant.
