@Emad Kamil Hussein, Yes I agree with you on the importance of the h-index, however I am also aware that if you are on google scholar of RG that it is automatically calculated for you. The google scholar h index is more comprehensive and independent of the researcher's direct imputs, unlike RG which is dependent on you uploading your articles. if you calculate the h index yourself, how would you prevent bias?
