Knowledge can neither be purchased nor sold. Only the associated things related to knowledge flow (eg., the system, the facilities,the facilitators, the materials, the information,etc) can be purchased or sold through money. Knowledge is always shared with knowledge only and the direction of flow is irrespective of any "potential"......Ie., from positive(+) end to negative(+) end. Actually it may be multidirectional. The ultimate result is satisfaction, perfection,wisdom both in the part of donor as well as recipient.

The hegemony of parasites feeding on the intellectual work must be stopped .Knowledge is the collective assert of human race and it must be shared by providing easy access to all those who want to extend their work in any filed of knowledge.

First we have to measure the word KNOWLEDGE and then its cost. Actually what

an employee / researcher is drawing his salary / fellowship in every field that could not be his measure of knowledge .

I support the call. Personally, I think scientific knowledge must be available to all under the open access mode.
