How to calculate fold change when gene X due to certain treatment went to undetectable Ct range?

Gene X has shown Ct value from 24 to 28, while GAPDH showed Ct=18 under normal circumstances, but after treatment with compound ABC gene X went to undetectable Ct value and GAPDH still remains 18-20. How do I calculate fold change of gene X wrt GAPDH in this situation?
