In your 'results' sheet you get bottom and top values (lines 3 and 4) representing the upper and lower asymptotes of your DRC. Set the difference to 100 for your reference curve/compound and relate values from other curves to it.
Thanks a lot, so for example, the bottom value for one agonist is 30 and top is 90, and for another agonist the bottom value is 4 and top value is 95 in my DRC, so how would I proceed with that, could you elaborate your answer a bit please?
Well, in your first case Emax would be 60. in the second experiment it would be 91. Set to 100% whichever is your control. However, in 'real life' the bottom values should be approximately the same as it should not make a difference whether you omit agonist A or agonist B! The bottom value is the basal level of your signal in your system.
