How to calculate dimensional parameters of a square CSRR in SIW??

Pls find attached image of a single ring CSRR embedded in SIW. I wish to ask how to find its parameters A , W and G (pls see attached figure) for a known/desired resonant frequency.Kindly refer relevant tutorial/papers. kindly mail me at [email protected] too.
