How to calculate roll off rate of a band pass filter?

dear Reserachers,

pls guide how to find value of roll off rate at both edges of Band pass filter in term of dB/GHz. i have attached a graph of someone's paper.kindly guide how he has found value as 197 db/GHz at lower edge.
