How to calculate chromaticity coordinate from PL data/graph?

I have PL data as well graph with three peaks at 416 nm, 480 nm and 520 nm. Using PL how can I calculate color matching function and chromaticity co-ordinate from my PL data/graph. I need solution from all of you..
