For the coastal area analysis I want to calculate Biomass change detection and water change detection of Landsat Data. I already run the model in ERDAS 14 for NDVI and NDWI. How can we extract biomass and water index from this processed images?

First you must have a regression equation developed from your ground observations and NDVI. than other things becomes very easy...follow the publication attached by Firoz.....
NDWI it self is an index which explains water quality. generally the sediment load.... you can used ground observations of water sediment load. relate it with NDWI... same as biomass.

Using NDVI and Forest type data used for the correlation to form linear equations with know biomass for per unit area and per species.
Also, you can try the ERDAS Imagine and SAR-based method to correlate and estimate the Biomass.
