I design an structure with two-part:
My structure: Air-Transition Boundry(Graphene)-Silica
I use a rectangular light for port 1 as input and port 2 as output.
I enter all possible parameters from an article and I run this and comsol gives me an exact electric field plot, but I want to plot transmittance according to :
1- I build a 1D line plot under results
2- In 1D line plot I build Globals and in it's setting I enter abs(emw.S21)^2 and then click to plot
3- I set Database in from pattern
4- I sweep frequency in the study from f_min to f_max
when I click to plot, for all frequency comsol give me zero for transmittance
please help me!

try it backward, building your data first.
After the solution calculation, go to results - derived values - global - and then there set your study, solution and target value, abs(emw.S21^2).
Once it is done and you've checked the table for the data consistency, just hit the "graph from table" button. you can amend its settings later (i.e. x axis column, colors, etc.)

May I ask you what interfaces does your model include?
Did you activate all the multiphysics between them with the right sources (Coupled Interfaces)?

1- In step 3 I think you mean you set DATASET from PARENT. So you must go to the Data set (under results) and check if there is any solution numbered in addition to solution 1. If there is any other dataset(s) in addition to solution 1, you may need to set the "dataset" in the "1D plot group" to these other datasets. for example you may need to set it to "Parametric solution" if it is there.
2- If you have only 1 solution, then you must check your "x-axis setting" to see it is set to frequency or parameter value.
3- You can use the transmittance or total transmittance (search it in the result field whit replace bottom, i.e. red and green icon) instead of S12^2.
