I have blast my primers and I can't find the position of the primers.
forward primer: TGGCCACCCCCTCGATGA
Reverse primer: TTTAGGAGCCAGGGAGTTATA
Please, is the position of the primer the same thing as the length? Please, someone should help me I really need to get the amplicon size of this primer urgently.

If the blast tool cant find the sequence, you may try this address (https://www.bioinformatics.org/sms/rev_comp.html), to reverse the primer sequences, since some primers are designed through reverse or complemented DNA strand.
