Please i need to know how we can calculate 7,5mg of AOM / Kg of mice body weight. I found in a protocol of nature that we must inject 100ul of the working solution diluated 1:10 from the stock solution. Does any body knows how to do this and how much we must inject??

It depends on the concentration of your stock.
For example:
If you have a stock of 25 mg / ml
add 3 ml of the diluent to this volume
You will have 4 ml, each ml contains 7.5 mg azoxymathane and is sufficient for 1 kg body weight i.e. each ul solution is equivalent to g body weight.
From this solution,
Inject 100 ul / 100 g body weight
Inject 50 ul / 50 g body weight
Inject 25 ul / 25 g body weight .............. and so on,,,,,,,,,,,,
you can further dilute your solution to fit the body weight.
