Tried coating DNA in microtitre well plate using DNA coating solution as well as precoating with PLL and then tried coating but failed miserably. I have kept it even overnight and increased concentrations. But even after a single wash nothing is staying in. I have tried by varying numerous parameters like time, temp, plate types, coating solutions, DNA concentrations but it's not sticking. Please help if anyone has an optimized protocol.
