Hi,

I am working on establishing PC12 and bEnd.3 OGD/R model in 96plate. Because the nutrient substrate in full culture medium is somehow influence the oxygen/glucose deprivation process, I washed the cells with PBS for 2 times. However, i found the cell loss where my pipette tips touched the bottom of 96 well plate. And it is not easy to control the numbers of lost cells since ability of adherence after OGD process is worse than the normal one.

I 'd like to ask for some advice about how to wash 96 well plate with PBS for the least lost of cell.
